          Income is a powerful determinant of health.  Click on the picture below to access tools and resources that have been adapted for use in Manitoba by a group of interested physicians and health care providers to assist primary care providers integrate addressing a patient’s income level into their practice. CFCS was one of the agencies involved in taking an Ontario based “Get Your Benefits” resource and adapting it into a Manitoba resource.
